7 PM. Valley of New Castle. Dinner and dancing on the Cathedral stage. Dinner music will be provided on the Cathedral organ by Victor Marcello. Buffet to begin at 7 PM followed by other selected organists who will play for your dancing & listening pleasure. Reservations are $30 per person or $60 per couple.
